I stood in on bass for St Albert band Thursdays today during St Albert’s Canada Day celebrations…It was a beautiful summers day for music

We had a fantastic time performing with the students tonight at our bi-annual recital. Thanks to all of the family members who came out to support the students!

I had a blast filling in on bass for ska band Thursdays for the Rotary Club banquet at the Hilton this evening…It’s always a pleasure to play with those guys!

Our St Albert Ukulele Group were joined by Edmonton Ukulele Circle, Sturgeon County Ukulele Circle, CKUA Radio Ukulele Orchestra, Lois Hole Library Ukulele Circle, YESS Edmonton Ukulele group and Edmonton Seniors Association Ukulele Group for a great concert today! We had special guests on vocals, banjo, cello and percussion

I had the privilege of presenting a ukulele workshop to members of Edmonton Ukulele Circle today…A beautiful day for a workshop!

Our events group Alberta Rose played for the Clean and Green RiverFest event in St Albert today. We had a great time at the event, which provided free barbecued hot dogs and ice cream. We were joined by Joe, one of my guitar students for a few songs too. Well done to all of the volunteers who came out to help clean up the river…

Our events group Alberta Rose played an acoustic set as a duo at St Albert Library for the ArtWalk event. We met some old friends and made some new ones…There was some great pottery and art on display by local artists.

We had a great time playing at Edmonton’s Radisson Hotel for the visit of Bible teacher Dr Jim Richards from Huntsville, Alabama this weekend. The Radisson Hotel is such a fantastic venue, and always a great host for special events…
