Monday was a double header of concerts! Ironwood Seniors Home had a Christmas party and no band, due to a cancellation, so we rounded up some of our community band members to entertain the seniors before travelling to Youville for the evening concert. Thanks for the wrapped presents and the Stollery Hospital donation, Ironwood!

At Youville Home, we played for around 100 people. Seniors, parents and family members of students and prospective new band members came to watch nine of my students perform a Christmas concert with members from our community band…Youville provided mulled cider, orange juice and cookies!

Thanks everyone, our Christmas concerts have been a great success…One more to go!
