It’s been a hectic week of music-making this past week. On Tuesday May 7th, I taught my ukulele classes at Festival Place, in preparation for our end-of-term concert on the Festival Place stage. On Wednesday, I rehearsed on keyboard with “Rose Parliament” for my final end-of-term gig…On Thursday, my events group Alberta Rose recorded tracks in the studio, and on Friday, I performed with Rose Parliament and led Dominelli School of Music’s ukulele orchestra, at Shakers Roadhouse in Edmonton. On Saturday morning I was back out playing with Alberta Rose for St Albert’s Clean and Green RiverFest. We played for the volunteers as they tidied the river valley. On Sunday, I rehearsed with the ukulele orchestra. Looking forward to getting back to teaching for a few days now!
